Hi, I’m Weronika Chaberko
I’m a Somatic teacher and therapist.
I moved from fixating on contortionist poses in my early days of teaching yoga to the gentleness and self-kindness of the somatic approach.
The chronic ‘‘yoga bum’’ pain in my 30s and the anxiety I suffered from in my 20s were the best lessons in nurturing resilience.
During 16 years of teaching and studying various body-mind techniques, I developed my own, multi-disciplinary therapeutic approach to dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, and other symptoms of chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation.
I will never tell you to ‘‘just relax’’ or give you a magic trick to get rid of the lower back pain.
Healing needs time and certain conditions.
