This workshop is for you if you
you’re stressed and exhausted
you feel stiff, tense or achy
you find relaxing difficult
you rarely give yourself a pause
In this gentle, mostly passive practice you will give your body time and all necessary conditions to release protective patterns of tension.
You’ll use micro-movements and gentle rocking to hydrate your fascia and soothe your nervous system.
The comfortable and comforting poses will allow you to drop into the ‘‘rest and restore’’ mode of your nervous system, your healing mode.

What happens after I buy the workshop?
Once you buy the workshop, you will get an automated receipt.
You will receive an email with Zoom link and guidelines on what to prepare one day before the workshop.
You will receive another reminder about the workshop one hour before it starts.
If you have never used Zoom before, make sure you connect a bit before the start of the workshop to go through the installation process.
You will receive the recording of the workshop on the same or the following day.
I have very little space at home. Is this for me?
You need just enough space to lie down without touching the furniture or walls.
Do I need to keep a camera on?
While I recommend keeping a camera on and setting it so that I can see you, it’s really up to you.
Are there any counter-indications?
No! This session is for everyone.
